Not every formulation can be produced simply by combining ingredients. Where compatibility is uncertain, laboratory evaluation or a small-batch trial is recommended before commercial production.

Production
How our granules are made
Humic acid and nitro humic acid granules are made from leonardite in seven steps.
- Raw material treatmentLeonardite is treated with H₂O₂ or HNO₃ for further oxidation.
- MixingBinder and water are mixed into the material.
- GranulationThe mix is formed into granules in the granulator.
- DryingGranules are dried in a rotary cylinder drier.
- CoolingA cooling cylinder brings the granules down to temperature.
- SievingGranules are screened to the required size.
- PackingFinished granules are packed in bags.

Is Saint Humic a manufacturer?
Yes. Saint Humic is a China-based manufacturer and supplier of humic substances and agricultural ingredients. We support standard bulk supply as well as customized manufacturing and private-label projects.
Does a high humic acid content mean the product dissolves in water?
Not necessarily. A high humic acid percentage does not mean that a material will dissolve completely in water, and raw humic acid and soluble potassium humate behave differently under acidic conditions. Tell us your process and we will suggest a suitable grade.
Can you make private-label products?
Yes. For private-label orders we discuss the destination market, packaging size, label requirements and product specifications before confirming production arrangements.
Which documents can you provide?
Certificates of Analysis (COA), Technical Data Sheets (TDS), Safety Data Sheets (SDS), batch identification and third-party testing requirements can be discussed for each order.
